At Holito.xyz, we specialize in creating digital content, including wedding planning guides, articles, and other online resources. Because of the nature of our digital products, we typically do not accept returns on purchases after the content has been downloaded or accessed.

Refunds

Refunds for digital products are only considered under the following circumstances:

  • Defective or Incorrect Content: If you receive a product that is significantly different from what was described at the time of purchase or contains significant errors, please contact us at admin@holito.xyz within 7 days of purchase. We will review the issue and, if appropriate, provide a refund or exchange.
  • Technical Issues: If you experience technical problems accessing the content that we are unable to resolve, we will work with you to provide a solution or issue a refund if necessary.

Please note that we cannot offer refunds simply due to change of mind or dissatisfaction with the content after it has been accessed.

Subscriptions and Memberships

If you’ve purchased a subscription or membership to access exclusive content on Holito.xyz, you may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for any unused portion of a subscription or membership.
